As an event producer, I excel in developing, marketing, and executing professional events. I manage all logistical aspects, including: venue coordination, catering, registration, and run-of-show. I've also served as a formal hostess and moderator.
Whether virtual, in-person, or both, I can help develop the aesthetic, marketing, and flow of any professional event. I've created intuitive exhibitor registrations, prepped panelists, promoted big-name draws, and managed check-in logistics for everything from simple networking events to broadcasted annual awards presentations. Other more unique offerings include: master classes, political events (ballot parties, candidate Q&A), screenings, tours, BIPOC-only events, and holiday parties.
I've been involved in planning all logistics for OMPA events: venues, accessibility, catering, OLCC permits, run-of-show, check-in process, drink tickets, day-of signage, etc. Comprehensive checklists are absolutely vital! I was also the resident marketer on our 2-person team. I produced all of our marketing assets: social media posts, email blasts, takeaway cards, slides for the event. I built contact lists to leverage our partner networks. I've also been told I'm an excellent public speaker and moderator, both in-person and virtually.
