2018-
2021
OMPA (Oregon Media Production Association)
You know that joke about public speaking? How, at a funeral, most people would rather be in the coffin than giving the eulogy? Yeah, that's not me.
I've been told I'm an excellent public speaker and moderator, both in-person and virtually.
I've been involved in planning all logistics for OMPA events: venues, accessibility, catering, OLCC permits, run-of-show, check-in process, drink tickets, day-of signage, etc. Comprehensive checklists are absolutely vital!
I was also the resident marketer on our 2-person team. I produced all of our marketing assets: social media posts, email blasts, takeaway cards, slides for the event. I built contact lists to leverage our partner networks.

Networking / Mixers
I can put a networking event together in my sleep! I've also hustled around transporting a grand of booze, handling cash & cards, managing volunteers, and being a gracious party hostess.
Speakers & Panels
Our community loves learning from other professionals! I have experience with VIP speakers, sensitive panels, Q&A, master classes, webinars, government and keynotes with breakout sessions.
Creatives of Color
I'm proud of the support I provided to OMPA's public Creatives of Color Collaborative in 2018-19, and BIPOC-only COCO series (Creatives of Color Oregon) in 2020-21.
Ask me about it!
Showcase & Awards
I played a major role in producing three of OMPA's Annual Showcase & Awards events—including changing the name from "Annual Meeting" (yawn), building slideshows, and broadcasting (2021).
