Project Management Improvements

In streamlining our workflow, I facilitated the adoption of Monday software for approvals, ensuring a seamless process for the client's team. This enhancement, coupled with maintaining project visibility through MarketScale’s Asana workspace, has elevated our project management efficiency.


Updates to Brand Guidelines

My eagerness to learn Bose Professional's strict brand guidelines has positioned me as the go-to Project Manager for all of their written case studies handled by MarketScale since late 2023.


The Jakarta Stadium case study raised branding concerns that will be carried forward from now on. We consulted Bose Professional's technical writer to properly reference licensed vs. "proprietary" technology—meaning original inventions only. While small on the page, the legal implications of improper copyright attribution are significant.


Multimedia Marketing Strategy

We deliver social media graphics with each written case study, a meticulous approach that ensures our content aligns seamlessly with Bose Professional's brand identity and resonates effectively across various platforms.


While my primary focus is on the strategic aspects of the project, it's worth noting that some initiatives are complemented by on-site video productions, enriching the overall brand narrative.
