The Pacific Northwest Lens Summit is the premier cinema-lens celebration, featuring technology, training, and education.
From planning to execution, my responsibilities included:
Serve as a primary liaison to approximately 30 international exhibitors
Create registration with Notion Forms: account for internal needs like booth requests, shipping to event location, sponsorship opportunities, and marketing assets (e.g. logo, company description, social media)
Manage RSVPs, e.g. add to marketing when confirmed
Track exhibitor and vendor payments
Provide general info & answer questions - hotel discounts, set-up and tear-down times, marketing toolkit
Check in during event & troubleshoot if needed
Plan and promote special attractions, including the InkBus mobile tattoo parlor with custom flash sheet, and performance by local celebrity The Unipiper
Secure beverage services, including alcohol
Place large catering orders with rigid timing
Design & print unique name badges for all exhibitors, staff, and guests
Market event to film & TV Directors, Producers, and Camera Operators
Combine four contact lists with duplicate contacts & varying columns
Develop press release for an international audience
Ensure a safe event with COVID-19 health considerations, like checking vaccination status at check-in
