DREAM JOBS
As much as I'm a Digital Native, I'm also rooted in traditional journalism. I have loved creating print media since I made a Barbie-themed Mini Page in 4th grade.
That princess photo there is my lifelong friend Ashleigh and I at 4 years old. When I played dress-up, it also involved a photoshoot (Thanks, mom!) and a "magazine" or scrapbook to memorialize it. I always had a bounty of craft supplies and costumes at my disposal (+2 more for mom!).

I hit several ego-boosting milestones in a row throughout high school. As a freshman, I blogged for our local NPR station, WITF. As a sophomore, I joined the school newspaper as Assistant Managing Editor. Junior year I took over as Editor-in-Chief and really came into my own as a content curator. By senior year I had an editorial internship at Central PA Magazine!
